* The video must clearly show the courier shipping label and the intact outer plastic/paper seal *before* opening the package.
* You must open the package, take out the PIVA X30 cooler, plug it in using the provided fast data cable, and demonstrate the damage or manufacturing defect within the same single video capture.
*If you fail to record or provide an unboxing video meeting these parameters, your claim will be instantly rejected.*

## 3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN CLAIM
If your product has arrived damaged or defective and you possess the required unboxing video, you must report it within **48 hours of delivery**.

## 4. REPLACEMENTS VS REFUNDS
* **Primary Resolution (Replacements):** Once a damage claim is validated, we will automatically dispatch a brand-new replacement unit of the PIVA X30 cooler to your address at zero additional cost.
* **Secondary Resolution (Refunds):** Refunds are only issued if the product is entirely out of stock.
