Please read our shipping frequencies, timelines, and structures carefully before placing your order.

## 1. SHIPPING RATES & PAYMENT VERIFICATION FLOW
Our shipping and product costs are dynamically linked to your selected checkout method:
* **Online Prepaid Orders (₹999):** Shipping is **100% FREE** across India.Â
 * *Important Note:* If you select our custom UPI/PhonePe/GPay method, your package will be processed for dispatch **ONLY AFTER** you send a clear payment screenshot matching your Order ID to our official WhatsApp support channel.
* **Cash on Delivery Orders (₹1,500):** The price includes an integrated logistics, cash collection, and manual handling fee charged by the courier companies. You must pay exactly ₹1,500 in cash to the delivery executive at your doorstep.

## 2. PROCESSING & DISPATCH TIMELINES
* **Same-Day Dispatch:** All verified prepaid orders and confirmed COD orders received before **11:00 AM IST** are dispatched from our warehouse on the exact same business day.
* **Next-Day Dispatch:** Orders received after 11:00 AM IST will be securely packed and dispatched the following business day.
* *Note:* We do not hand over packages to logistics partners on Sundays or National Gazetted Holidays.

## 3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Once your PIVA X30 cooler is dispatched from our facility, the average transit times are as follows:
* **Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.):** 2 to 4 business days.
* **Rest of India (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities):** 4 to 6 business days.
* **Remote Areas (North-East, J&K, Rural Zones):** 6 to 8 business days.
*Please note that unexpected transit delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, regional restrictions, or festival peak-loads. We appreciate your patience in such scenarios.*

## 4. TRACKING YOUR PACK
As soon as your shipment is dispatched, Shopify will automatically send a **Shipping Confirmation Email & SMS** containing your unique tracking link and Air Waybill (AWB) number. You can track the real-time movement of your PIVA X30 cooler directly on our logistics partner's live portal.

## 5. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
* **Customer Responsibility:** You are strictly required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including a correct Pincode and a working mobile number.Â
* **Failed Delivery Attempts:** Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to **3 times**. If you are unavailable, or if your phone is switched off/unreachable, the package will be labeled as *Failed Delivery* and returned back to our warehouse (Return to Origin - RTO).
* **Re-shipping Charges:** If a package returns to us due to an incorrect address or non-cooperation with the delivery executive, the customer will have to pay an extra flat fee of **₹99** to initiate a re-dispatch.

## 6. TRANSIT DAMAGES
We pack each cooler with premium high-density bubble wrap to endure rough transit. However, if your package arrives with visible physical outer damage, please take photos of the box *before* opening it and strictly record a continuous **Unboxing Video** as detailed in our Return Policy to claim an instant replacement.
